All warranty & faulty product related issues beyond the standard DOA period is directly handled by the product manufacturer. Step One POS is not responsible for individual manufacturers’ warranty policies.

If the customer order contains a backordered product they will be notified of this backorder via email from a Step One POS Representative, including lead time information, within one business day if order is placed before 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
